Our pilot HOMEGROWN dinner came to life inside Epicurean Trader, a neighborhood market known for its carefully curated selection of provisions, wines, and specialty goods. After hours, the shop floor transformed into an intimate dining room: shelves of olive oil and tinned fish became the backdrop for a multi-course meal. It was the perfect first home for what HOMEGROWN is all about: gathering where you least expect it.
Last Supper Society & Sausalito Liquors
Led by Chef Byron Hughes, Last Supper Society brings an intimate, comfort-first approach to the table: literally. For our pilot dinner, Byron crafted a multi-course menu sourced directly from Epicurean Trader's shelves, transforming familiar ingredients into something extraordinary between the aisles.
Sausalito Liquor Company set the tone from the first pour, curating a cocktail program that complemented every course. Their knack for pairing drinks to the moment made the evening feel as considered in the glass as it was on the plate.
